The Framework will be used to assist the client in conducting their construction works and, on occasion, repairs, maintenance and servicing.
The service comprises of a number of elements including, but not limited to:
- Soft strip works
- Superstructure – internal walls and partitions (walls and partitions, movable room dividers, cubicles)
- Superstructure – internal doors
- Internal finishes (wall finishes, floor finishes, stair/ ramp finishes, raised access flooring, ceiling finishes, false ceilings, demountable suspended ceilings)
- Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (general fittings, domestic kitchen fittings and equipment, signs/ notices, stair/ ramp balustrades and handrails)
- Works to existing buildings (minor demolition works and alteration works, cleaning existing surfaces, protective coatings)

This will be a two-stage procurement process conducted under a Restricted Procedure, in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The process will be split into 2 parts:
- Stage 1 – Selection Criteria – This is a set of questions and criteria that must be passed in order to move on to Stage 2 of the procurement. The criteria and questions are based on the Bidders history and what they are currently doing. Written answers will be scored by an evaluation panel.
- Stage 2 – Award Criteria – This is a set of questions that the Bidder needs to answer based on what the Bidder will do or how they will approach works, if they get onto the framework. This will be scored by an evaluation panel.
