Provision of cleaning for temporary site accommodation and equipment, void properties and properties post-construction.
The service comprises of a number of elements including, but not limited to:
• General Cleaning (inclusive of Window Cleaning and External Cleaning)
General cleaning requirements including but not limited to:
• the washing, buffering, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming of floors,
• the cleaning and vacuuming of mats and matwells,
• the cleaning of walls including paint work,
• the cleaning of doors, door frames, window frames and similar related items,
• the cleaning of furniture, fixtures and fittings including vertical and horizontal surfaces, worktops, tables, desks
• the cleaning of site accommodation - welfare cabins, canteens, chairs, filing cabinets, cupboards, lockers, shelves, ledges and toilets,
• the cleaning of skirting boards, radiators, pipes, fire extinguishers, light switches, handrails, balustrades and any other similar or related items,
• the cleaning of internal glazing including mirrors, windows, glass doors and partitions,
• the cleaning of windows externally,
• the cleaning of external areas such as driveways, carparks, footpaths,
• the cleaning of basins and general fittings including wash and hand basins, splashbacks, pipes, plugs, sink units, taps and drinking fountains, shower fittings, soap dispensers, towel dispensers and cabinets, hand dryers, toilet roll holders, sanitary towel disposal units and any other similar or related items,
• the cleaning of toilets including urinal channels and bowls, WC pans, seats, seat hinges, handles and chain and cubicle walls,
• the internal and external cleaning of microwave ovens, refrigerators, cookers and any other similar related items,
• the emptying and cleansing of waste bins,
• the wiping and sanitisation of phones, and any other similar office related items (monitors, keyboards etc.)
• the polishing of bright metal work
This contract also covers deep and specialist cleaning on a reactive (4 hour or 24 hour call out) basis including but not limited to;
• Biohazard Cleaning
• Building Site Cleaning
• A Final ‘Sparkle’ Cleaning (the final clean of the building project before it is handed over to the customer)
• Bird Dropping Removal
• Chewing Gum Removal
• Flood Damage Clean up
• Graffiti Removal
• Kitchen Deep Cleaning
• Kitchen Ventilation Cleaning
• Odour Removal
• Sewage Clean up
• Sharps Removal
• Void Property Cleaning
• Washroom Deep Cleaning
• Associated Deep and Specialist Cleaning Services
