This June marks 7 years of Arc Partnership, and we're delighted to be delivering real value, together for Nottinghamshire County Council. We're a joint venture formed by the council and SCAPE in 2016, as an exclusive 10-year service contract with the potential for a 5-year extension.

For the last 7 years, we've been delivering multi-disciplinary property design, consultancy, masterplanning, regeneration, project/programme management, emergency, reactive, compliance asset management and planned services on behalf of the council and the communities it serves. Through our property services we also support regeneration and economic growth for Nottinghamshire, and the East Midlands.

Our mixed economy approach to procurement is underpinned by a commitment to local spend and employment. In the last 7 years we've delivered more than 2,800 built environment projects across Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands, with a local spend of £278m. We're proud of the engagement of our own local delivery frameworks - engaging dozens of partners, 92% of which are SMEs.

Health and safety is embedded into all of our work at Arc Partnership and we believe nothing is so important that it cannot be delivered safely. We've been RIDDOR free since 2016, and we're a Building a Safer Future Registered Signatory. We're also ISO 45001 accredited for our occupational health and safety management system.

We support the council's vision of a healthy, prosperous, green Nottinghamshire - and support the council's ambition to become net carbon neutral by 2030. We've signed up to the Construction Waste Portal to minimise the environmental impact of construction projects being delivered on behalf of the council. Our carbon reduction plan sets out how we will make a responsible contribution to the decarbonisation of local communities.

We bring projects to life - providing expert preconstruction and consultancy advice that interprets our client's needs and delivers safety and sustainability.

Design
Our design service is multi-disciplinary, covering architecture, structural engineering and building services. Our architectural team are an RIBA Chartered Practice, and all of our designers are committed to excellence in design and service delivery across a wide range of built environment projects.

Build & Manage
We develop spaces and places across Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands that people love to live, work and visit. We're both an enabler, and a direct deliverer - regenerating land and property for the benefit of the community, creating socioeconomic value for Nottinghamshire.

We work with project teams that deliver value for money, quality of output, and customer excellence using the SCAPE frameworks to deliver projects at pace. Our work with local SMEs sees us project manage and deliver planned maintenance to improve public buildings, including schools, libraries and more - making them more efficient and sustainable.

Maintain
We also provide public buildings with high quality risk management services including statutory compliance services to support:

• health and safety;
• building and facilities management;
• servicing and responsive repairs;
• plant and equipment maintenance.

We reduce exposure by managing risk effectively.

Our dedicated call centre for responsive repairs sees us operating a 24 hour, 365 day a year emergency call-out service for urgent repairs for the county council's property portfolio.
